We’ve been looking for our forever home in Aptos / La Selva area for a few years now. I work from home, and need a yard with enough space for an ADU / detached office space / shed. My family loves to garden and we spend a ton of time in our yard so we would love a place that gets a lot of sun. A home without a garage is not a deal breaker. We are looking for a home that has been well taken care of, as we are not handy or interested in jumping into a remodel. We would love a craftsman style home.
